About the role
Everpure (NYSE: P) is a data platform company serving hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. The Data & Analytics team builds custom, web-based analytics products for business functions including People, Finance, and Products. This hands-on senior individual contributor role owns analytics products end to end — gathering requirements, modeling data in SQL, designing and shipping dashboards as real web applications with AI/GenAI tooling, and driving decisions with senior leadership.
What you will do
- Own analytics products end to end. Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders, model the underlying data, build the dashboard, validate it, deploy it, and iterate on real usage independently.
- Design and ship custom web-based dashboards. Build intelligent, self-serve analytics experiences as real web applications, using AI and GenAI tools to rapidly prototype and implement solutions that off-the- shelf BI tools can't deliver.
- Make the data trustworthy. Build clean, well-documented data models in SQL. Partner with data engineering and platform engineering so what you ship is scalable, reliable, and audit-ready in production.
- Design for the reader, not the data. Decide what belongs on the screen and what doesn't. Make hierarchy, layout, and chart choice do real work, so an executive gets the answer in five seconds and an analyst can still drill to the detail.
- Turn findings into decisions. Translate complex analysis into a clear narrative for senior leadership — making the story behind the numbers as rigorous as the numbers themselves — and follow through until the insight changes something.
- Prototype where AI helps. Explore and deploy AI-powered analytics capabilities — natural-language querying, automated narrative, anomaly surfacing — where they make a product genuinely more useful.
- Become the domain expert. Learn the business processes behind the numbers deeply enough that your outputs are grounded in real strategy, not just in what data happens to exist.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 10+ years in an analytics function, with a track record of taking complex projects from ambiguous problem to shipped, adopted outcome.
- Strong SQL and data modelling. You're comfortable at both the strategic and the query level — designing a semantic layer one day, debugging a window function the next.
- Proven ability to build and deploy web-based analytics applications. You've shipped dashboards as real web apps, not just BI workbooks. Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or with frameworks such as React, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly — and with using AI coding tools to get from prototype to production quickly.
- Genuine visual design sense. You know why one chart lands and another doesn't. You sweat layout, spacing, color, and information hierarchy, and you can point to work that proves it.
- Self-sufficiency. You can run the full lifecycle alone: stakeholder conversation → data model → built dashboard → deployed and adopted.
- Strong communication. You can hold a room of senior leaders, defend your numbers, and influence decisions without formal authority.
