About the role
Global Trade Foundations builds tech solutions that empower sellers to expand their cross-border business across worldwide Amazon Stores through a central agentic platform serving 700K+ sellers across US, EU, JP and emerging marketplaces. The systems are built on agents, LLMs, and real-time recommendations, scaling across multiple marketplaces in a Pan-EU landscape. This SDE II role leads the tech team, builds coherent architecture, and delivers capabilities across WW Amazon Stores in a co-located agile ecosystem alongside SDEs, Applied Scientists, Product Managers and Principals.
What you will do
- We are looking for a SDE 2 to lead our tech team, and build coherent architecture and deliver capabilities across WW Amazon Stores.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
