About the role

The recruiting team aims to build Stripe's culture by aligning the strongest global talent to the company's highest impact business needs, bringing operating principles to life in recruiting processes and using data-driven storytelling to influence the business. This role is a consultative, creative recruiter who will grow and scale the Business & Core teams in APAC, owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
What you will do
- Fulfill junior to senior level and high volume requisitions, scaling up teams across Stripe Delivery Center in India, Bangalore
- Partner with multiple senior stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to build a strong leadership team for the Operations org
- Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business
- Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Strong track record in target achievements, experience managing high volume hiring in fast moving environment
- Experience partnering with senior executives throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
- High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines
- Strong in data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to improve recruiting strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with India market hiring
- Experience with reporting work, proficient in data tools such as Visier, Greenhouse Reports, GoodTime, Gem etc
- Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies, AI and optimize workflows for scale
