About the role
This role sits within Bosch's SAP S/4HANA implementation business, managing the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA bid and proposal lifecycle for large-scale transformation programs. It works closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Functional/Technical SMEs, Delivery, Finance, Commercial, and Leadership teams across Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, BTP, Fiori, AI, and Cloud solutioning areas. The position owns bid strategy, estimation, pricing, commercial proposals, and the Bid-to-Delivery transition.
What you will do
- Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ analysis, bid strategy, planning, and proposal governance.
- Develop compelling solution propositions, win themes, value propositions, and differentiators.
- Coordinate SAP S/4HANA solutioning across Functional, Technical, Integration, Data, BTP, Fiori, AI, and Cloud areas.
- Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and RACI.
- Coordinate effort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare and manage key proposal deliverables including Executive Summary, Solution Approach, Architecture, Methodology, Project Plan, Governance, and Commercials.
- Drive bid reviews, compliance checks, leadership approvals, and final proposal submission.
- Support customer workshops, proposal presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.
- Ensure smooth Bid-to-Delivery transition, including SOW, scope, assumptions, estimates, and implementation approach.
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA bid and proposal lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Functional/Technical SMEs, Delivery, Finance, Commercial, and Leadership teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work across technology and business teams.
