About the role
Mahindra Group is hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead in Mumbai to analyze functional requirements, co-create and approve technical designs, and lead development activities. The role focuses on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with hands-on work in Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows, and API integration. It includes leading three to four technical developers, code reviews, optimization, and debugging.
What you will do
- Analyze Functional Requirements and suggest / recommend / advise technical solution and approach
- Co-Create Technical Design document, Review and Approve tech designs
- Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risk and issues
- Lead 3 to 4 technical developers
- Problem / Issues analyzing and debugging skills.

- (Must) Technically skilled well on application customization, configuration and API’s.
- Performed Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC.
- Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows
- Must have either Integration or Data Architect Certification or experience
