About the role

What you will do
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving branch and regional sales targets, acquiring new customers, and deepening relationships with existing customers across key banking products such as loans, accounts, cards, and digital solutions.
- Daily activities include planning and executing sales campaigns, managing a sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, coordinating with operations and credit teams, and supporting smooth onboarding and servicing.
- The Sales Manager also contributes to local market development by identifying new business opportunities, building networks with partners, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sales leadership role is preferred.
