About the role
HDFC Bank is hiring Home Loan Officers for its home loans process. The role is part of the bank's retail lending sales function, where officers sell and process home loan products. The hire will generate and convert leads, explain home loan features and eligibility, follow up with prospective customers, coordinate documentation and application processing, and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the process.
