About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a senior Jewelry Sales Associate at Tanishq, Caratlane and Mia by Tanishq (Kripashree Jewels Pvt Ltd) located in Patna. The associate assists customers with their purchases, ensures an excellent customer experience and provides exceptional customer service in a retail jewelry store environment. Daily tasks include greeting customers, displaying jewelry items, answering inquiries, processing transactions and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor while helping achieve store sales targets.
