About the role

The Relationship Manager BBWC is a full-time, on-site role based in Sirsa, responsible for managing and growing business banking relationships with commercial and corporate clients. The role involves acquiring new business customers, deepening existing relationships, promoting products such as loans, trade finance and transaction services, and collaborating with internal teams on credit appraisal, documentation, compliance, and portfolio performance tracking.

- The role involves conducting regular client meetings, understanding business needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and timely resolution of client requests.
- The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support credit appraisal, documentation, and compliance, ensuring all regulatory and internal policies are followed.
- The role also includes tracking portfolio performance, monitoring risk, and contributing to business targets through disciplined follow-ups, cross-selling, and relationship-building activities.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and process adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certifications in banking or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business banking, SME lending, or corporate relationship management at a bank or financial institution is highly preferred.
