About the role

IBM Finance & Operations supports IBM's transformation by driving efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across the business. The team uses data, technology, and process excellence to improve performance and enable investment in innovation and growth. As a Quote to Cash Professional, the role applies Q2C process knowledge to supply and demand management transactions, order-to-cash execution, contract audit and registration, billing, and customer master record maintenance.

What you will do

  • Execute Fulfillment Processes: Perform defined fulfillment processes in line with business controls to meet business objectives, ensuring seamless order to cash integration.
  • Manage Transactions: Accurately handle processing and transaction requirements, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain customer master records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support Client Satisfaction: Promote client satisfaction and sales productivity through timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Process Orders: Execute order to cash transactions, ensuring compliance with business controls and objectives.
  • Transaction Management: Experience working with transaction requirements, including quote/proposal preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, and basic contract/agreement preparation.
  • Customer Record Management: Experience working with customer master records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order to Cash Integration: Experience working with order to cash integration, ensuring seamless transactions across the extended enterprise.
