About the role
Schneider Electric makes companies, infrastructure, buildings, homes, data centers, and entire industries more efficient and sustainable, and the role sits within the SMB cloud-based building management business spanning sensors, gateway, edge software and cloud services. Based at Schneider Electric's R&D Innovation Site in Bangalore, the team works in a global, cross-functional, agile environment on energy management and automation. This Program Manager leads program and project execution, full life-cycle delivery, risk, budget, schedule and executive stakeholder communication for complex multi-disciplinary programs.
What you will do
- Lead program and project execution for our SMB cloud based building management solutions spanning across sensors , gateway , edge software and cloud services
- Deliver with Precision: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery with high sense of ownership and accountability for the product portfolio.
- Ownership of full life‑cycle delivery for complex, multi‑disciplinary programs
- Manage program risks, schedules, budgets, resources and executive stakeholder communication.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, cybersecurity, compliance and quality objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate Globally: Work across functions in a large, global matrix organization, adapting to time zones as needed.
- Foster a positive collaborative working environment.
- Being the driving force, highlight problems with the right nuance and simultaneously be mindful of our culture to put people first.
- Having full execution responsibility to meet budget, time plan and quality objectives and communicate efficiently to stakeholders
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Proven experience (12+) in project leadership, Scrum Mastery, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira , Confluence, PLM/PDM, Azure DevOps.
- A structured, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the Building Management Systems/Energy Management/ Building Automation.
- A long-term mindset with a commitment to sustainable success.
