About the role
The role leads business planning, project execution, and customer engagement for automotive embedded software solutions, with a focus on AUTOSAR, MCAL, cybersecurity, middleware, and controller enablement programs. It sits within Bosch's automotive software organization and drives cross-functional collaboration across Bosch and ETAS. The Program Manager manages customer proposals and Statements of Work, oversees budgeting and delivery governance, and ensures execution of strategic automotive software initiatives.
What you will do
- Lead business planning and project execution for automotive embedded software solutions.
- Project management practices experience mandatory. (Budgeting, Billing, Milestone Tracking, Risk handling, Stakeholder management, Status reporting, etc,.)
- Drive customer engagement activities across AUTOSAR, MCAL, cybersecurity, middleware, and controller enablement programs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Bosch and ETAS organizations
- Manage customer proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Oversee budgeting and delivery governance
- Ensure successful execution of strategic automotive software initiatives
