About the role
Dell Technologies' Manufacturing Engineering professionals plan, introduce and manage the manufacturing methods, processes and operations behind its advanced manufacturing environment, ensuring production success while minimizing costs. The Manufacturing (IN) team in Sriperumbudur builds products to the highest design and quality standards. This entry-level Production & Assembly Representative role supports basic assembly, kitting and boxing tasks, following standard operating procedures and safety/ESD rules while building foundational habits in accuracy, teamwork and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Assist with basic assembly, kitting and boxing tasks
- Follow SOPs, visual aids and supervisor direction
- Keep work area tidy and comply with safety/ESD rules
- Ask questions and learn from mentors to build skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, ESD, OSHA 10) and/or cross-training across assembly, kitting and boxing
- Minimum requirement of Diploma/Degree,12th.
