About the role
Dell Technologies' Manufacturing Engineering team plans, introduces and manages manufacturing methods, processes and operations to ensure new products enter the advanced manufacturing environment successfully while minimizing costs. Based in Sriperumbudur, this entry-level Representative role sits within the Manufacturing (IN) team. The position involves learning core production skills and assisting with basic assembly and packaging tasks while following standard operating procedures.
What you will do
- Assist with basic assembly, kitting and boxing tasks
- Follow SOPs, visual aids and supervisor direction
- Keep work area tidy and comply with safety/ESD rules
- Ask questions and learn from mentors to build skills

Preferred qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, ESD, OSHA 10) and/or cross-training across assembly, kitting and boxing
- Minimum requirement of Diploma/Degree, 12th.
