About the role
JPMorganChase's Payments, Liquidity and Account Solutions Product Development team is modernizing liquidity and account services for large multinational corporate and financial institution clients as part of a multi-year platform transformation. The work spans money market fund capabilities, client workflows, and regulatory expectations across multiple regions and stakeholder groups. This Product Vice President role acts as the primary liaison between product owners and technology delivery teams, defining requirements, owning the prioritized backlog, and partnering with engineering, operations, user experience, and business stakeholders to deliver milestones with strong quality and risk discipline.
What you will do
- Develop deep domain knowledge of liquidity and money market fund offerings, including client workflows, constraints, and value drivers.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver committed milestones.
- Analyze existing processes and documentation to understand current-state behavior and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Define target-state requirements using clear artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Own backlog prioritization and readiness by running refinement sessions and maintaining a delivery-ready pipeline of work.
- Validate sprint outcomes against acceptance criteria and coordinate timely resolution of scope and requirement questions.
- Support test planning and execution by ensuring scenarios cover requirements and by assisting with user acceptance testing and defect triage.
- Drive stakeholder communication by translating complex technical, operational, and regulatory inputs into clear decisions and next steps.
- Contribute to operating model and governance improvements, including disciplined risk and control practices and data/analytics ways of working.

- Demonstrated ability to produce and manage requirements artifacts (for example, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows).
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a delivery-oriented environment with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Commitment to sound risk and control practices.
- Flexibility to support business coverage needs through 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (with occasional extensions based on delivery needs).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with liquidity and/or money market fund products.
- Experience working with data analysis, large datasets, and/or modeling.
- Experience using digital tools, including artificial intelligence-enabled tools, to accelerate documentation and requirements definition.
