About the role
Angel One is a fintech platform serving millions of customers across investing, trading, wealth creation and credit, building simple, intelligent and seamless financial experiences at scale. The Product Management Intern role sits on the KYC team in Bengaluru, working on onboarding, verification and detail-update journeys. The intern will benchmark competitor KYC flows, map current journeys to find friction and drop-offs, track fulfilment and turnaround times, and support execution of small feature improvements with design, engineering and operations.
What you will do
- Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze how other platforms handle KYC (onboarding, verification, updates)
- Summarize key learnings and suggest improveme
- User Journey Improvements: Map current KYC flows (signup, document upload, verification, updates)
- Identify friction points and drop-offs
- Recommend simple improvements to enhance user experience
- Fulfillment Tracking: Work with internal teams to track KYC completion and turnaround times
- Highlight delays or inefficiencies in the process
- Online Modifications: Evaluate how users update KYC details (address, ID, etc.)
- Suggest ways to make modifications faster and smoother
- Execution Support: Help define requirements for small feature improvements
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams
