About the role
The Commercial & Investment Bank is focused on transforming visions into market-ready products, with this role trusted to enable the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. The team works with cross-functional partners to continuously deliver value. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate, the role involves working closely with development teams on roadmap delivery, product validation in non-production environments, and change management, risk, controls and compliance activities.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Development Team to ensure road map items are delivered on time
- Participate in product validation in the non -production environment
- Collaborates with the Product Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Skills used in this role

- 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
