About the role
IBM BPO, part of IBM Consulting, accelerates digital transformation for clients using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows across the IBM technology portfolio including IBM Software and Red Hat. This role sits in India Enterprise Operations in Mumbai and covers transaction processing in Accounts Payable plus management of vendor accounts within the Procure to Pay process. The Process Associate coordinates all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay, adheres to SLAs and timelines, and resolves invoice exceptions while working in shifts.
