About the role
IBM BPO, part of IBM Consulting, accelerates digital transformation for clients using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows across the IBM technology portfolio. This Procure to Pay (P2P) role sits within Enterprise Operations in Mumbai and covers transaction processing in Accounts Payable along with management of vendor accounts. The position requires shift flexibility and adherence to SLAs and timelines.
What you will do
- As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and management of Vendor Accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
