About the role
IBM BPO, part of IBM Consulting, accelerates digital transformation using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, working with clients across multiple industries on their hybrid cloud and AI journeys. This Enterprise Operations role sits within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process area, covering Accounts Payable transaction processing and vendor account management. The specialist coordinates accounting activities for Procure to Pay, adheres to SLAs and timelines, matches and resolves invoice exceptions, and supports shift-based delivery for IBM clients.
