About the role
IBM Consulting's BPO organization accelerates digital transformation for clients using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, supported by IBM Software and Red Hat. This Order to Cash (O2C) role focuses on order management and receivables management. The Process Associate will coordinate Order to Cash activities, manage collections and cash payments, and work shifts while adhering to SLAs.
