About the role
IBM BPO, part of IBM Consulting's Enterprise Operations, accelerates digital transformation for clients using agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows, drawing on the IBM portfolio including IBM Software and Red Hat. As a Process Analyst – EDM, the role supports employee and business needs by delivering HR services, primarily handling employee data management activities and employee queries. The work involves maintaining employee records in HR systems, preparing HR documents and correspondence, and resolving requests through ServiceNow in coordination with HR and internal teams.
What you will do
- Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
- Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
- Engage with customers to address queries and concerns related to compensation administration and processes.
- Provides data for the internal business controls team as required.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards.
- Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in EDM at an International IT/ITES Company.
- Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues.
- Proficient in EDM processes (excluding Recruitment).
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement changes in the processes.
- Collaborates effectively with internal customers and external suppliers, demonstrating positive influence in problem-solving and work process enhancements.
