About the role
Dell Technologies' IT Software Engineer team turns business requirements into technology solutions by designing, coding, testing and debugging applications, with a focus on product integrity and customer satisfaction. The team builds and maintains enterprise software services, emphasizing quality, performance and reliability. As a Principal, this role owns service design, data contracts and API quality, drives test automation and release health, optimizes runtime performance and provides technical leadership across teams.

- Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
