About the role
Microsoft AI is a customer-first organization building AI powered products in service of customers' business goals, responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, MSN, and other AI-first products. As a Principal Product Manager, you will help businesses grow using Microsoft's products, data, and services through advertising and new business models that unlock AI-first products. You will be part of the Microsoft AI Monetization Platform trust and safety team, leading the ads integrity area and anticipating emerging abuse vectors including synthetic media and sophisticated agentic attacks.
What you will do
- Drive building world-class AI experiences and platforms that will allow Microsoft AI to keep consumers safe and deliver sustainable business growth.
- Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
- Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-first, product development cycle.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.

- Can drive multi-year, high-impact strategies, ensuring measurable improvements to developer efficiency and defense agility.
- Operates with autonomy and influence, leading large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives and has a track record of influencing organizational change.
- Excels at navigating complex cross-org dynamics, balancing business, policy, and technical constraints to ensure safety at scale.
- Helps us raise the bar for the Product Management craft by mentoring senior PMs and fostering a culture of product excellence and user-first thinking.
