About the role
Micron is a leader in memory and storage solutions, delivering DRAM, NAND, and NOR products across data center, edge, client, and mobile markets. This Principal Agentic AI Engineer role builds agentic workflows and scalable multi-agent systems on the Claude ecosystem and AWS AgentCore, along with Vector RAG and GraphRAG solutions, across hybrid AWS/GCP/on-prem architectures. The engineer also implements data ETL pipelines for engineering data and partners with engineering, manufacturing, product, validation, and data teams to lead proofs of concept and set technical standards.
What you will do
- Build agentic workflows on the Claude ecosystem: Claude Code–style engineering, MCP tool access, and AWS AgentCore runtime patterns
- Consult, Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems: A2A collaboration, memory, reasoning, tool use, workflow orchestration, observability.
- Design, develop and optimize Vector RAG & GraphRAG: ontology definition, retrieval, semantic search, grounding, citation, graph traversal, and context engineering.
- Deliver technology-agnostic hybrid architecture: across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and on-prem/distributed data platforms.
- Implement Data ETL pipelines of engineering data
- Partner across engineering, manufacturing, product, validation, and data teams; lead PoCs, mentor, and set standards.
Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
