About the role
Qualcomm's ASIC Engineering Group works on defining, modeling, designing, optimizing, verifying, validating, implementing, and documenting IP (block/SoC) development for high performance, high quality, low power products. The team collaborates cross-functionally to determine product execution path. This role focuses on peripherals design verification, covering unit and IP level verification, coverage driven constraint random verification, and testbench development for protocols such as PCIe, CXL, USB, and Ethernet.

Skills used in this role
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in unit and IP level verification.
- Worked on coverage driven constraint random verification.
- Knowledge of standard protocols such as PCIe, CXL, USB, Ethernet.
- Strong in System Verilog, UVM, Test planning
- Sound experience in testbench (stimulus, agent, monitor, checker) development.
- Worked in the verification having c based reference model inside the testbench
- Exposure in scripting(perl, Python).
