About the role
Databricks is the Data and AI company, offering a unified Data + AI Platform used by more than 20,000 organizations worldwide. The Partner Enablement Operations Manager is a senior operator and builder responsible for designing and running a scalable, predictable, and data-driven operating model for partner enablement. The role serves as the operational backbone and strategic integrator connecting global strategy to regional execution across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, building governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that help the partner ecosystem scale.
What you will do
- Own the partner enablement operating model, including core planning cadences, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks that connect strategy to execution.
- Run QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews for partner enablement leadership, using clear metrics and forward-looking insights to drive accountability and decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end execution of partner enablement initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are managed effectively across functions and regions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and operating reviews that surface partner engagement, program performance, risk signals, and areas requiring intervention.
- Act as a key point of contact for cross-regional operational issues and escalations, resolving immediate friction while converting recurring issues into structural improvements.
- Design and implement scalable workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and intake mechanisms that improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and create a better experience for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Introduce AI-enabled and automation-first workflows for intake, reporting, support, certification, and partner operations where they can safely improve speed, quality, and scale.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner organization, Learning and Enablement, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to remove friction and improve execution across the partner ecosystem.
- Partner closely with the broader operations business to drive cross-functional leverage of ideas and excellence, ensuring new methods and operational innovations are scaled beyond just partner operations.
- Establish clear ownership models, decision rights, and governance guardrails to support regional nuance without creating shadow processes or operational inconsistencies.
- Architect and maintain automated intake management workflows and SLA tracking mechanisms to optimize request processing and eliminate wait-time bottlenecks.
- Establish standardized metric definitions and executive reporting frameworks that pair activity and outcome indicators to ensure reporting integrity across cross-functional teams.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities across time zones, and drive execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Must be open to working a flexible schedule, including frequent late hours to accommodate discussions with the broader enablement team and partner liaisons, the majority of whom are based in the AMER timezone.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and lead strategic delivery across matrixed global organizations.
