About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries on hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by strategic partners, IBM technology, and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Recruiting, the role implements and supports cloud-based recruiting solutions for clients. The consultant conducts fit analyses, gathers requirements, designs and configures the system, performs unit testing, and supports rollout and post-implementation needs.
What you will do
- Conduct Fit Analyses: Conduct thorough analyses to determine the best approach for implementing Workday Recruiting solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Design and Configure Systems: Design and configure Workday Recruiting systems to align with clients' requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Conduct Unit Testing: Perform unit testing to identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to ensure clients achieve their desired business results after implementation.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues across various modules, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Advanced Configuration: Exposure to advanced configuration options within the Workday Recruiting module can enhance the ability to tailor implementations to clients' specific needs.
