About the role

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, the role focuses on implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. The consultant will configure modules, conduct fit analysis, resolve configuration issues, provide post-implementation support, and perform unit testing.
What you will do
- Implement Core Modules: Configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct Fit Analysis: Gather requirements, perform fit analysis, and plan the implementation to ensure the system meets the client's business objectives.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after implementation, addressing client queries and concerns, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continued system effectiveness.
- Perform Unit Testing: Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the configured system meets the client's requirements and is free from defects.
