About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries to help them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, combining strategic partners, IBM technology, and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Payroll, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The role focuses on Employee Central Payroll configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, and involves guiding clients through the implementation process.
What you will do
- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, specifically Employee Central Payroll functions such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules, to meet client needs and enable business capabilities.
- Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to identify client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Configure and Implement: Configure and implement Employee Central Payroll functions, including internal and external ECP integrations.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition.

- Cross-Module Expertise: Experience working with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Payroll, is advantageous for this position.
