About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries, helping them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys with support from strategic partners, IBM technology, and Red Hat. The team delivers advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, translating business and operational needs into effective solutions. As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, the role designs, configures, and optimizes workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations, leads implementations through testing and deployment, and supports post-go-live enhancements and upgrades while collaborating between business and technical teams.

- Solution Design: designing and configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
- Implementation Leadership: leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Post-Go-Live Support: supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
