As a Package Consultant: ServiceNow, this role delivers advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions. This involves leading implementations and collaborating with clients to maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
- Solution Design: Designing, configuring, and optimizing workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
- Implementation Leadership: Leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Post-Go-Live Support: Supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Helping organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
- Implementation Management: Experience leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery and handling medium to high complexity projects.
- Solution Delivery: Experience delivering advisory and implementation services across all ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with clients to translate business and operational needs into effective solutions.
- Solution Optimization: Experience optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
