About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries to help them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Utilities, the role focuses on implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the utilities industry. The consultant works closely with clients to understand business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions, including SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities.
What you will do
- Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for utilities clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and industry-specific functionality.
- Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for utilities such as SAP Utilities and SAP CRM for Utilities.
- Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that optimize their utilities operations and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.
