About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries to shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys. This role is a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Retail, responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the retail industry. The consultant will analyze business requirements, design and implement SAP IS modules such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
What you will do
- Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for retail clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and optimize their retail operations.
- Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce.
- Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that improve customer experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.
