About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries on their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Billing, the role designs, develops, and deploys billing processes for clients and ensures integration with existing systems such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM. The consultant also advises clients on billing and revenue management best practices, runs requirement workshops, and delivers training and technical documentation.
What you will do
- Design and Develop Billing Processes: Design and develop billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, to meet client requirements and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
- Configure SAP HANA Billing: Configure and customize SAP HANA Billing to meet client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Engagement and Training: Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their billing needs, and provide training and support on SAP HANA Billing functionality and best practices.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides to support client understanding and adoption of SAP HANA Billing solutions.
- Solution Integration: Integrate SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM, to deliver comprehensive billing solutions.
