About the role
IBM Consulting works with clients across industries to shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. This role sits within that consulting practice focused on SAP HANA Billing, where consultants implement and configure billing solutions and integrate them with existing client system landscapes. The Package Consultant will design and develop billing processes, run client workshops, produce technical documentation, and support end-to-end project delivery alongside cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- Implement SAP HANA Billing Solutions: Configure and customize SAP HANA Billing to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with their billing needs and existing system landscapes.
- Design Billing Processes: Design and develop billing processes, including data mapping, data migration, and testing, to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Collaborate with Clients: Conduct workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their billing needs, and provide training and support on SAP HANA Billing functionality and best practices.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides to support successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
- SAP Module Integration: Experience working with integrating SAP HANA Billing with other SAP modules, such as SAP ERP and SAP CRM.
