About the role
IBM Consulting works with clients across industries on hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant: SAP CX, the role involves implementing and configuring SAP CX solutions, analyzing business requirements, designing configurations, and supporting successful project delivery. The consultant works with clients, project managers, and team members to understand needs, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
What you will do
- Design SAP CX Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP CX solutions to meet client needs, including configuring and implementing SAP CX modules such as Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud.
- Implement and Test Solutions: Configure and implement SAP CX solutions, perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with Clients and Team Members: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery, provide training and support to clients on SAP CX functionality and best practices.
- Maintain Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts.
- Stay Up-to-Date with SAP CX Releases: Stay current with SAP CX releases, patches, and new features, and apply this knowledge to client projects.

- SAP BW Integration: Experience with integrating SAP CX with SAP BW systems.
