About the role
IBM Consulting builds long-term client relationships and helps leading companies across industries shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, backed by IBM technology and Red Hat. This role sits in the SAP integration space, working with SAP Cloud Integration solutions for enterprise clients. As a Package Consultant, you will design, configure, and implement SAP Cloud Integration solutions including API Management, Integration Flow, and Cloud Connector, while testing, documenting, and supporting client project delivery.
What you will do
- Design SAP Cloud Integration Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP Cloud Integration solutions to meet client needs, including configuring and implementing SAP Cloud Integration modules such as API Management, Integration Flow, and Cloud Connector.
- Implement and Test Solutions: Configure and implement SAP Cloud Integration solutions, perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with Clients and Team Members: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP Cloud Integration functionality and best practices.
- Maintain Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration documents and testing scripts.
- Stay Up-to-Date with SAP Cloud Integration: Stay current with SAP Cloud Integration releases, patches, and new features, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
