About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries, helping them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys with support from strategic partners, IBM technology, and Red Hat. As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. The role combines process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to support end-to-end transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Drive Process Discovery and Optimization: Utilize SAP Signavio to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes, aligning them with client goals and objectives.
- Align IT Architecture and Business Strategy: Apply LeanIX to ensure IT architecture supports business strategy, enabling clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Enhance User Adoption and Change Management: Leverage WalkMe to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to drive tangible business results and support clients in achieving their transformation goals.
