About the role

What you will do
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings and your deep understanding of the platform.
- Guide Client Adoption: Effectively guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle.
- Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management programs to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize the implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Manage Client Relationships: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions to address their business needs.
