About the role
IBM Consulting works with leading companies across industries to help them shape their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, supported by IBM technology, strategic partners, and Red Hat. This role focuses on Salesforce CRM solutions, including design, implementation, integration, and support with Lightning Web Components. As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will guide clients from business analysis through system configuration, testing, and user adoption using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
What you will do
- Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients' business needs by understanding their unique challenges and leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.
- Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption.
- Apply Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- Develop Training Programs: Create training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.
