About the role
Jio is hiring a Mobility Sales Lead for the Trichy territory covering Tiruchirapalli and Kumbakonam. The role focuses on achieving sales targets across urban and rural markets, managing direct, indirect, and alternate distribution channels, and driving device, activation, and recharge business. It also involves retail outlet management, policy compliance, and monitoring and training team members and channel partners.
What you will do
- Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)
- Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)
- Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth
- Develop channel in the new markets
- Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors
- Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
- Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
- Monitor and train the team and channel partners
