About the role
Jio is hiring a Mobility Sales Lead to drive mobility sales across an assigned territory. The role covers distribution channel management (direct, indirect and alternate), device, activation and recharge business through distributors, and key retail including modern trade outlets. The lead will plan product-wise and town-wise growth, develop channels in new markets, and train the team and channel partners.
What you will do
- Achieve sales target for assigned territory
- Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)
- Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth
- Develop channel in the new markets
- Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors
- Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
- Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
- Monitor and train the team and channel partners
