About the role
Jio is hiring a Mobility Sales Lead for locations across Maharashtra. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets across urban and rural territories, managing direct, indirect and alternate distribution channels, driving device, activation and recharge business, and monitoring and training teams and channel partners.
What you will do
- Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)
- Manage various distribution channels (Direct, Indirect and Alternate)
- Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth
- Develop channel in the new markets
- Drive device, activation and recharge business through distributors
- Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
- Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
- Monitor and train the team and channel partners
