About the role
Mahindra Group's supplier risk management function oversees onsite supplier assessments, financial health monitoring, and supply chain risk mitigation across its automotive and farm sector businesses. The role covers supplier business capability building, labour audits, geopolitical risk tracking, and cyber security risk assessment. This Manager position coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to close audit action plans, run capability-building training programs, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
What you will do
- Conduct onsite supplier assessments, including Supplier Business Capability Building and Labour Audits, along with report preparation and release.
- Monitor suppliers' financial health through analysis of financial statements, and GST filings.
- Track and assess geopolitical risks impacting the supply chain using internal risk monitoring tools and portals.
- Monitor supplier cyber security risks through designated cyber risk assessment tools.
- Coordinate with suppliers to develop, implement, and close action plans identified during onsite assessments, digital assessments, and audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to organize and conduct training programs related to supplier business capability building and risk management.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
