About the role
The role sits within Mahindra Group's programs function, focused on securing and growing business with customers. It covers the complete RFQ and bid process, customer visits and events, contract discussions, issue resolution, and market intelligence to support business strategy. The position requires a BE in Mechanical with 10-15 years of experience.
What you will do
- Identify potential prospects, secure and grow businesses.
- Prepare & make presentations, Co-ordinate customer visits, participate in customer events.
- Handle complete RFQ Process – Co-ordinate with customer for inputs, Obtain quotes from estimation, internal process compliance, Bid approval & submit
- Participate and conclude Business/Contract discussions.
- Develop and foster existing customer relationships and create business opportunities.
- Handle & resolve customer related issues amicably
- Analyse and track business progress and update management
- Continuously scan market and provide market intelligence for business strategy
- Drive Maintain & Follow - systems, processes & procedures.
