About the role
The Employee Experience function within Hero MotoCorp's DIT organization owns the company's Human Resources Information System, centered on the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The role covers HRIS product strategy and roadmap, SuccessFactors configuration and optimization, and secure integration with enterprise systems such as Financial ERP, payroll platforms, and third-party vendors via SAP Cloud Platform Integration and related middleware. The Manager also handles stakeholder and vendor management, escalated L2/L3 production support, and organizational change management for releases and upgrades.
What you will do
- HRIS Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Governance (SAP SuccessFactors): Formulate and govern the comprehensive HRIS product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year roadmap, focusing on the SAP SuccessFactors suite (including Employee Central, Learning, and Performance Management). Key activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements from HR stakeholders, prioritizing feature development based on strategic alignment and ROI, managing the product backlog, and enforcing system governance standards for data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Enterprise Solution Architecture, Configuration, and Optimization: Direct the design, configuration, and continuous optimization of SuccessFactors modules to address current and future organizational needs. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, performing system configuration, managing testing cycles (Unit Testing and UAT), and resolving complex, escalated system incidents.

- Cross-functional Stakeholder and Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the authoritative primary interface among Human Resources, Information Technology, end-users, and external consulting partners or vendors. This involves communicating roadmap updates, managing vendor contracts and service performance against SLAs, and providing expert consultation to the HR function.
- Advanced Operational Support and Organizational Change Management: Direct escalated L2 and L3 production support and spearhead formal Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives associated with deployments and upgrades. Responsibilities include establishing support protocols, managing bi-annual SuccessFactors release management processes, and developing professional training materials and documentation.
