About the role
Jio is hiring a Maintenance Manager for its network infrastructure operations in Kharagpur, West Bengal. The role covers inside plant electronics O&M, vendor SLA/KPI compliance, optical fiber and utility equipment reliability, energy optimization, and health, safety, environment and fire compliance. The manager leads an outsourced infrastructure maintenance team and coordinates with the network operations center and core infrastructure team on network performance and upgrades.
What you will do
- Maintain and update the asset master
- Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
- Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs
- Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)
- Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies
- Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
- Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team
- Coordinate with network operations center for network management
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards
- Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance, standards for fibre and utility equipment
- Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and, utility equipment
- Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for, maintaining network performance and upgradation
