About the role
This role sits within Bosch's logistics cost controlling function in Bangalore, supporting the department's financial management and reporting. What you will do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for the department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Develop and manage the department’s budget, including forecasting financial performance and providing insights for budgetary adjustments.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring expenditures align with the budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard departmental assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards, and support audits as needed.
- Work closely with other departments and management to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
