- Serve as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Netflix tooling and workflows, providing guidance to vendors on effective adoption, troubleshooting, and best practices to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
- Champion the adoption of new workflows, automation, and technology to streamline localization processes and support the localization of emerging media types (e.g., interactive, live, podcasts).
- Lead initiatives to enhance quality at scale, expedite project timelines, and ensure business continuity across all content types and workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and the sharing of best practices within the local industry.
